homestay in london

Our homestay accommodation is in Ealing or the surrounding area.

We recommend homestay as the best way to experience British life and culture and to practise your English outside class.

Our experienced and friendly accommodation officer, who has worked for over 20 years at the school, has an excellent selection of high quality families and homes and is here every day to help you if you have questions or problems.

Adult students: you will have a single room and you will be the only student who speaks your language. This means you will speak English in a relaxed and informal atmosphere outside the classroom.

Ealing is a residential area and almost all our host families are less than 2.5 kilometres from the school, many much nearer. Most students can walk to school in 15-25 minutes or take a short ride on a bus or the tube.

The majority of language schools in London cannot offer these advantages.

Your bedroom will have:

1) A comfortable bed – at least standard size
2) A wardrobe and a chest of drawers
3) A mirror
4) A table, chair and lamp for private study (this may be in a different room)

Your room will be cleaned at least once a week, and you will have fresh bed linen and towels every week.

Food at your accommodation

Our homestay accommodation is normally half-board, which means that you will receive breakfast and an evening meal every day. On school days, you can buy lunch from one of the cafes or shops near the school or you can use the microwave, boiling water and other facilities in the school kitchen to prepare your lunch.

Homestay Agencies:

You are also free to use the services of London Homestays who also offer self-catering accommodation.
