Here at LTC Eastbourne we run courses for:

1. Adults (age 16+)
2. Young Learners (age 10-17)
3. Groups (age 10+)

Courses for Adults

General English (age 16+):

At our school students can choose between the General English Standard Course (mornings only) and the more intensive General English Plus (morning and afternoons).

Those interested in our General English Plus course can choose one of the following afternoon classes:

• Communication Skills
• Cambridge FCE (subject to availability)
• IELTS Examination Preparation

Please note, all morning classes run Monday to Friday and afternoon classes run Monday to Thursday.

Examination Preparation:

As well as IELTS exam preparation, students can also take a Cambridge FCE exam preparation course. Our school is located near to examination centres.

Parent and Child

We know how important it can be for parent and child to travel and study English at the same time, that’s why we offer the following programme. We allow the adults and children to study in age and level appropriate classes, leaving the weekends free for time as a family.

50 Plus Course

This autumn course provides the opportunity for those over 50 to explore historic sites of East Sussex whilst meeting like-minded people and improving their English in LTC’s unique 18th century location.

Individual Tuition

For students keen to progress more quickly or to specialise in key areas, Individual Tuition will be available at an additional fee. This option is accessible to students who enrol on a General English course.

Courses for Young Learners

Standard Summer School (age 10 – 17):

On our Standard Summer School, students will have English lessons in the morning with excursions and activities in the afternoons and at the weekend. There will be 20 lessons per week.

Semi Intensive Summer School (age 14 – 17):

Our Semi-Intensive Summer School offers students the chance to study English lessons in the morning with four extra afternoon lessons. There will also be excursions and activities in the afternoons and at the weekend. This course provides a total of 24 lessons per week.

Courses for Groups (age 10+)

We offer courses for groups all year round and can organise bespoke packages to suit each group.

During the summer season, June to August, groups will be integrated with other students in the school.
